On October 26th, 2026, at approximately 1141 hours, Vermont State Police received a report of a violation of court order at Ladimi Circle in Highgate. Investigation revealed that Mark Maskell (39) violated conditions of release, pertaining to contact.
Maskell was found to be currently incarcerated. Maskell was issued a citation for the above violation.
