On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Royalton Barracks conducted a traffic stop in the town of Royalton, during this stop, a passenger was identified as Andrew D. Rogers, age 29 of Hancock, VT, who was found to have four active in-state warrants for his arrest, for the below charges. Rogers was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Royalton Barracks, and later lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility, to appear in court at the below time, date, and location to answer the charges.
