SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police
responded to a report of a suspicious individual sitting in a vehicle. Upon
arrival, Troopers identified the operator of the vehicle as Allen Farnham (34)
of Williamstown, VT. While speaking with Farnham, Troopers detected indicators
of impairment, and the investigation revealed Farnham was operating with a
criminally suspended license. During the interaction, Farnham assaulted law
enforcement. Farnham was transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Farnham was released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior
Court-Criminal Division to answer to the above charges.
