SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09/29/2026, at approximately 2159 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a reported to a 911 hang up call in Topsham, VT. Through investigation, it was revealed that Harold Hallock Sr. (55) caused serious pain and bodily injury to a family member.
Hallock was lodged at NECC on Hold without bail and is cited to appear before a judge on September 30th at 1230 PM.
