NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
For the week of Wednesday, August 19, through Tuesday, August 25, 2026, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:
William White,40, of Randolph, VT was stopped on VT Route 107 in Royalton on August 21, 2026, at 9:58 AM by Trooper Jacob Clark. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on October 13, 2026.
Tyler Garrant, 32, of Royalton, VT was stopped by Trooper Jacob Clark on Central Street in Randolph on August 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on October 14, 2026.
Beau Cross-Van Buren, 28, of Bennington, VT was stopped on Orchard Road in Bennington on August 19 at 6:32 PM by Trooper Emmanuel Baidoo. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Bennington County on October 19, 2026.
James Foster, 60, of Springfield, VT was stopped on US Route 5 in Springfield by Trooper Andrew Kelly-Jacobs on August 21, 2026, at 6:09 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on September 29, 2026.
Heather Coro, 43, of Lyndon, VT was stopped on US Route 4, mile marker 15.6, in West Rutland by Trooper Haley Mears on August 25, at 9:31 AM. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on October 5, 2026.
B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
