SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4-8-26, at approximately 2320, a trooper assigned to VSP - Royalton stopped a vehicle for motor vehicle violations. During the course of the interaction, the operator Cal Braren, 23 of Higganum, CT was displaying signs of impairment. After investigation, Braren was arrested for Suspicion of DUI and transported to the Royalton State Police Barracks for processing where he was released on a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 6-2-26 at 0830.
