SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police, Westminster barracks responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Kipling Road in the Town of Dummerston (Windham County), VT. Subsequent investigation revealed that Henry Scott (40), of Dummerston, had committed the above offenses. Scott was placed under arrest and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks for processing. Scott was released with conditions of release and given a citation to appear before Vermont Superior Court-Windham Criminal Division on 12/15/2025 at 1230 hours.
