B Troop / DLS Criminal Incidents

NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, November 12, 2025, through Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Tallon Real, 23, of New Haven, VT was stopped by Trooper Ryan Gardner on November 14, 2025, at 10:50 AM near the Diamond Run Mall in Rutland Town. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on February 2, 2026.

Kara Tallman, 41, of Bellows Falls, VT was stopped by Trooper Zachary Trocki on Interstate 91 at mile marker 25 northbound on November 14, 2025, at 7:48 AM. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on January 6, 2026.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
