SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 20th, 2025, at approximately 1300 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Westminster Barracks received a report of a domestic assault that had occurred on 02/14/2025 on Dover Road in the Town of Newfane, Vermont. Investigation of the incident resulted in the arrest of 57-year-old Cynthia DellaPietro for Domestic Assault. DellaPietro is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 02/21/2025 to answer to the above charge.
