SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 2, 2025, the Vermont State Police arrested Randall Mulligan, 47, of Eden, after an investigation that started on December 17, 2024. Mulligan is charged with violating an abuse prevention order by contacting an individual he was prohibited from contacting.
Mulligan was issued a citation ordering him to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court Criminal Division on February 5, 2025, at 1230 hours.
