SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/03/2025 at approximately 0040 hours, the Vermont State Police initiated a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation. Troopers identified the operator as Ryan Baringer.
While speaking with Baringer, Troopers observed indicators of impairment. Baringer was screened for DUI and was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Baringer was transported to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing. At the conclusion of processing, Baringer was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 13, 2025.
