NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, November 6, 2024 through Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

 

Kyriek Smith, 23, of Vergennes, VT was stopped by Trooper Sean Hauter at 12:42 pm on November 7, 2024, on US Route 7 near VT Route 22A in Ferrisburgh. He is cited to appear at the Superior court of Addison County on January 27, 2025.

 

Elissa Wagner, 42, of Guilford, VT was stopped by Trooper Zachary Trocki on Canal Street in Brattleboro on November 8, 2024, at 09:29. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on December 31, 2024.

 

Ronald Real, 50, of Orwell, VT was stopped by Trooper Kelsey Dobson on Doolittle Road and VT Route 22A in Shoreham, November 8, 2024, at 17:00. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on March 10, 2025.

 

Parker Bent, 22, of Hinesburg, VT was stopped on November 8, 2024, at 19:14, by Trooper Taylor Demick on US Route 7 in New Haven. He is cited to appear at the Superior court of Addison County on January 27, 2025.

 

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
