SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 4/24/24 at approximately 23:39 hours while on routine patrol Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks conducted a traffic stop. The operator was identified as Adam Gilman. Investigation revealed that Gilman operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Johnsbury, VT. He was processed and released on a citation to appear at the Caledonia Superior Court – Criminal Division on 6/17/24 to answer to the charge of DUI-Drug.
