NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, July 9, 2025 through Tuesday, July 15, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

 Alan Patch, 31, of West Rutland, VT was stopped by Trooper Nathaniel Nevison on E. Tinmouth Road at Walker Mountain Road in Clarendon on July 15, 2025, at 5:16 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on August 18, 2025.


Alyssa Hutchins, 25, of Leicester, VT was stopped by Trooper Daniel St. Clair on Business Route 4 in Center Rutland on July 15, 2025 at 6:48 PM. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on September 15, 2025.

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
