SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On this date and time, Vermont State Police received a call reporting a domestic assault that took place on Cambridgeport Road, in the town of Grafton, VT.

 

Further investigation determined that 56-year-old James Fernette was suspected of committing Domestic Assault.  Troopers placed Fernette under arrest and escorted him to the Westminster Barracks for processing. He was released with a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on 08/05/2022 at 1230 hours, to answer to the above charge.
