SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/06/2022 at 0219 hours, Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to 911 hang-up call on Heald Road in the town of Cavendish.  Upon arriving on scene, Troopers determined Early had violated the curfew in his conditions of release. On 6/21/22, Early surrendered himself to the Westminster State Police Barracks and was cited to appear  at the Windsor County Superior Court Criminal Division on 6/22/22 at 1230 hours.
