VIOLATION:

              1. DUI #1

 

ACCUSED: Stephanie L. Sturtevant                                               

AGE: 32

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Colchester, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 6th, 2020 at approximately 2117 hours a Trooper with VSP Williston conducted a motor vehicle stop on I-89 Southbound in the town of South Burlington after observing a motor vehicle violation.

 

The operator of the vehicle was identified as Stephanie Sturtevant (age 32) of Colchester, VT. Subsequent investigation determined that Sturtevant had been operating the motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

 

Sturtevant was arrested without incident and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. At the conclusion of processing she was released into the custody of a sober adult with a criminal citation to appear before Chittenden County Superior Court at a later date and time to answer to the aforementioned charge.
