SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

              On 7/5/2020 at 2004 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks responding to a residence in Kirby, VT for a reported assault. Investigation found Joshua Perry, 29 of Kirby, assaulted a household member. Perry was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. The court was contacted, and Perry was released on conditions, and is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Court on 7/6/2020 at 1230 hours.
