INCIDENT LOCATION: 124 Lower Bartonsville Road (Railroad Crossing)

VIOLATION: Damage to Railroad lights

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 05-11-20 at approximately 1:30 pm, the Vermont Railway Company was notified that a railroad flashing sign had been struck on Lower Bartonsville Road in the town of Rockingham.  Upon further inspection, it was revealed that the sign at this location had been struck and significantly damaged.  The railway employee travelled to the area and while on Route 103 near Savage Trucking observed a 1 ton truck with a trailer that had lost its load.  Anyone with information about the damage to the railway sign or about the owners of the 1 ton truck with the lost load is asked to contact the Westminster Barracks and reference case number 20B102071.
