ACCUSED:  Michael Latour                                              

AGE: 23

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Barre, VT

 

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

              On 5/12/2020 at 0145 hours, Vermont State Police received report of a

domestic disturbance at a residence in Vershire, VT . Troopers responded to the

residence and met with the involved parties. Investigation revealed the accused,

Michael Latour, caused bodily harm to a household member and prevented access

their access to Emergency Services. Latour was taken into custody and

transported to the Bradford Outpost. The court was contacted and Latour was

issued conditions of release prior to being transported to detox. 

 

              Latour is scheduled to appear in Orange County Court on 5/12/2020 at 1230 hours.
