SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 05/12/2020 at approximately 1731 hours, Vermont State Police initiated a traffic stop in the location of Rt 104 by Brick Church Rd in the town of Fairfax for multiple moving violations.

 

The operator was identified as Mark Clapper(22) of Alburgh. It was determined that Clapper was operating a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended drivers license.

 

Clapper was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court for the above offense and issued 3 VCVCs.
