6923 VT RT 9, Woodford. Troopers arrived on scene and began investigating the incident,
during which they learned Jordan Bice, 19, was operating the vehicle at the time
of the crash.

During investigation, Troopers learned Bice may have been distracted for a brief

into a stream bank. Bice and a female passenger both reported to have been
wearing their seatbelts at the time and sustained very minor injuries.

VT RT 9 was shut down for several minutes while the vehicle was being removed
from the scene. The Bennington Rural Fire Department and the Bennington Rescue
