SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 05-15-2020, at approximately 0854 hours, Vermont State Police from the

Westminster Barracks, received a report of a two-car motor vehicle crash on VT

Route 106 at the intersection of Little Ascutney Rd, in the Town of

Weathersfield.

 

Investigation revealed Vehicle # 1 was traveling northbound and attempted to

pass Vehicle # 2 as Vehicle # 2 was turning left onto Tarbell Hill Rd.  Vehicle

# 1 crashed into the rear of Vehicle # 2's fifth wheel camper causing disabling

damage to both vehicles. 

 

Operator # 1 was issued a written warning for a violation of limitations on

passing, which is a violation of Title 23 VSA Section 1035.
