SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 04/04/2020 at approximately 4:24 pm, the Vermont State Police received a report of an incident in which two individuals walking were being followed, continuously by a vehicle containing David P. Guion, who the two individuals have had extensive involvements with. The incident occurred on East Hill Road in the Town of Andover (Windsor County), VT.

During the investigation, it was determined that Guion was the operator, and sole occupant of the above vehicle.  Guion was later arrested for Stalking. 

Guion was released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on July 07, 2020 at 08:00 am to answer to the above charges.
