SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

In the morning hours of 4/25/20, the Vermont State Police were advised of an intoxicated

disorderly person, destroying property on Main St (VT-131) in Cavendish.

 

Subsequent investigation revealed that the Christopher D. Blackmon,59, of

Cavendish was intoxicated and had destroyed the victim's property. Further,

Blackmon acted in a belligerent manner and engaged in a course of conduct with

the intent to cause the victim inconvenience and annoyance by using obscene and

abusive language, in public.

 

Blackmon was arrested for the crimes of Unlawful Mischief and Aggravated

Disorderly Conduct, without incident and transported the Vermont State Police

Barracks in Westminster for processing. Blackmon was ordered to be held until

sober and in lieu of $200 cash or surety bond.
