INCIDENT LOCATION: Waterbury-Stowe Road, Waterbury Vermont.
VIOLATION: DUI#1, Careless and Negligent Operation

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Waterbury, Vermont.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 23, 2020 at approximately 2008 hours, Vermont
State Police responded to a reported vehicle off the road, located at the
intersection of Waterbury-Stowe Road and Guptil Road in the Town of Waterbury.
Upon arrival at the scene, State Police made contact with the operator, who was
identified as Nancy B. Wesseler.  Further investigation revealed that Wesseler
was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.
Wesseler was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and
transported to the Middlesex State Police Barracks for processing.  Once at the
barracks, Wesseler was processed for DUI and finger printed and photographed.
Wesseler was released on a citation to appear in Washington County District
Court on May 7, 2020 at 0830 hours, to answer the charges of DUI#1 and Careless
and Negligent Operation.
