VIOLATION: DUI #3, Unlawful Trespass

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Waterbury, Vermont.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 1, 2020 at approximately 1813 hours, Vermont State Police received a suspicious complaint, located on Loomis Hill Road in the Town of Waterbury Vermont.  State Police were informed that Joseph Lumbra (54) of Waterbury Vermont had trespassed on a property, which he was prohibited from being on.  State Police were able to make contact with Lumbra shortly after the complaint was made.  Further investigation revealed that Lumbra had driven to the property on Loomis Hill Road and back to his residence while under the influence of intoxicants.  Lumbra was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Middlesex State Police Barracks for suspicion of DUI.  Lumbra was processed at the Middlesex State Police Barracks and released on a citation to appear in Washington County District Court on April 16, 2020 at 0830 hours to answer the charges of DUI#3 and Unlawful Trespass.
