SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 04-01-2020 at approximately 1601 hours, Troopers of the Vermont State Police encountered a motor vehicle stopped, in the southbound lane of Vermont Route 7 in Wallingford, Vermont.

When troopers attempted to make contact with the operator of the motor vehicle, the operator drove away traveling south.
