SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Troopers were notified by dispatch of a possible impaired driver traveling on Rt. 100 in the town of Waterbury, VT. Troopers located the vehicle traveling northbound and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The operator was identified by Vermont Driver’s License as Joshua Pellerin of Waterbury. During the screening process, Pellerin showed numerous signs of impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of Driving under the Influence. Pellerin was transported to the Middlesex barracks where he was processed and released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court Criminal Division on 05/07/2020 at 0830 hours.
