SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On April 23, 2020 at approximately 1100 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police - Middlesex barracks were alerted to dispute between citizens at an

apartment building on N. Main Steet in the Town of Waterbury.

 

Troopers investigated the complaint and determined that David P. Bessette, 68, engaged in disorderly conduct directed at the victim, Constance Murray, 71. This

conduct included the use of expletives, physically violent behavior, spitting and exposing his buttocks to the victim.

 

Bessette was located on April 24, 2020 and served a citation to appear before the Washington County Superior Court on July 9, 2020 at 0830 hours to answer to the charge of Aggravated Disorderly Conduct.
