INCIDENT LOCATION: I-89 Northbound, Mile Marker 87, S. Burlington

VIOLATION:

              1. DUI-Drugs

 

ACCUSED: Bradley Westfall                                               

AGE: 21

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Williston, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 27th, 2020 at approximately 1950 hours a Trooper with VSP Williston conducted a motor vehicle stop on I-89 Northbound in the town of South Burlington subsequent to an observed moving violation.

 

The operator of the vehicle was identified as Bradley Westfall (age 21) of Williston, VT. Further investigation determined that Westfall had been operating the motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He was arrested without incident and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing.

 

At the conclusion of processing Westfall was released into the custody of a sober adult with a criminal citation to appear before Chittenden County Superior Court at a later date and time to answer to the aforementioned charge.
