ACCUSED:  Peter Krag                                             

AGE: 34

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Shelburne, VT

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 30th, 2020 at approximately 0049 hours a Trooper with VSP Williston conducted a motor vehicle stop on Falls Road by US Route 7 in the town of Shelburne subsequent to multiple observed moving violations.

 

The operator of the vehicle was identified as Peter Krag (age 34) of Shelburne, VT. Investigation determined that Krag had been operating the motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and was violating conditions of release from a prior arrest by not abiding by a 24-hour curfew.

 

Krag was arrested without incident and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. A passenger in the vehicle was transported to Act One for detox, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

 

At the conclusion of processing Krag was released with a citation to appear before Chittenden County Superior Court at a later date and time to answer to the aforementioned charges.
