DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: Moderate damage to the grill, front bumper, hood and passenger side headlight assembly.

SUMMARY OF CRASH:  On 03/19/2020 at approximately 0543 hours, VSP Westminster was notified of a single vehicle crash with injuries on the off ramp to the Vermont Welcome Center in Guilford. Troopers responded and located a vehicle that had crashed into the guardrail on the off ramp. 

 

During the roadside investigation, it was determined that vehicle #1 operated by Preston was traveling north on the off ramp and left the roadway striking a guard rail. Preston reported that he fell asleep just prior to the crash. The Guilford Fire Department and Al’s Towing assisted at the scene.
