CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Barre, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

              On 3/24/2020 at 1430 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks and Middlesex Barracks responded to a report of inside of a residence. Upon arrival on scene, Troopers found two individuals unlawfully inside. Investigation found Gage Garr, 29 of Barre, entered the residence which he did not own. Garr was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Garr was released on a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court on 6/22/2020 to answer to the aforementioned charge.

 

              Another news release will be issued regarding the circumstances of the other individual.
