SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

            On 03/19/2020 at approximately 2149 hours, Vermont State Police received a report of an individual operating a vehicle erratically near an apartment building in Fairlee, VT. Troopers responded to the area and observed the accused, Derrick Davenport, attempting to tow out a vehicle he had gotten stuck. Davenport displayed signs of impairment and was administered field sobriety tests. Davenport was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Bradford Outpost. Davenport was processed and released on a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division.
