SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03-31-20, at approximately 0843 hours, Vermont State Police received a report of a family fight at a residence in Topsham. Upon arrival Troopers spoke with all involved parties. Investigation showed Michael Smith caused pain to a family member through assault. Smith was subsequently arrested and transported to Superior Court Orange County VT.
