SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
 
On 03/29/2020 at approximately 0130 Hours, a Trooper with VSP Williston
conducted a motor vehicle stop on Fairfax Street near VT RTE 104 subsequent to
an observed moving violation.
 
The operator was identified through his valid Vermont driver's license as Jeremy
Begnoche of Georgia, VT. Further investigation determined that Begnoche was
operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Begnoche was
arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks for
processing.
 
Begnoche was released with a citation and scheduled to appear before Franklin
County Superior Court on 06/22/2020 at 1300 hours to answer to the
aforementioned charge.
