SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

            On 03/26/2020 at 2343 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report of a male damaging the headlights of a tow truck parked at the Cabot Garage. A witness advised he recognized the male as Mathew Coutu. Vermont State Police responded to the scene and spoke with the witness, who was able to identify all parties involved.  Vermont State Police located Mathew at his residence in Marshfield. Mathew was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Criminal Court and released.
