SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02-15-20 at approximately 730 pm, VT State Police received a call of a suspicious car parked in the roadway on West Rd. in Vernon. Upon arrival, Troopers found a Carrington sleeping in the driver’s seat with the engine running, parked in the travel lane on West Rd.  Carrington showed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. Carrington was arrested for DUI and transported to the VT State Police barracks in Westminster. After processing, Carrington was released to a sober adult and will answer to the charge of DUI in VT Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on March 3, 2020 at 0800 am.
