VIOLATION: Resisting Arrest, False Info to Police, Negligent Operation, Excessive Speed

 

ACCUSED: Tyanna Dancy                                              

AGE: 21

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Springfield, MA

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Tyanna Dancy was stopped for traveling 102 mph in the posted 65 mph zone on Interstate 91. Dancy provided the name of another person when providing her information. Dancy was advised she was under arrest. Dancy did not comply and attempted to enter her vehicle. Dancy was eventually, taken into custody and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks where she was cited for Resisting Arrest, False Info to Police, Negligent Operation, and Excessive Speed, and released.
