**February 20, 2020 – update to the initial news release**

 

Todd Mailhoit was located safely on February 20, 2020. He is no longer considered a missing person at this time.

 

**Initial news release published February 19,2020**

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 19, 2020 at approximately 0838 hours, Vermont State Police received a missing person complaint, located at 64 South Main Street in the Town of Waterbury, Vermont.  Further investigation revealed that Todd Mailhoit was last seen at the Kirby House in the Town of Waterbury on February 18, 2020 at approximately 1100 hours.  Mailhoit is described as a white male 5'8" tall weighing approximately 240 pounds, Mailhoit has a salt and pepper gray beard with glasses.  Mailhoit suffers from depression and has suicidal tendencies.  Anybody with any information on the location of Mailhoit is asked to contact the Vermont State Police Middlesex Barracks at 802 229 9191.
