ACCUSED: Tony Burrington Jr.                                                

AGE: 26

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Peacham, VT

 

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 11, 2020 at approximately 0800 hours Troopers received a report that

Tony Burrington Jr. was in possession of a stolen cell phone. Troopers'

investigation revealed Burrington was in possession of the cell phone as well as

multiple firearms, a violation of a Temporary Relief from Abuse Order served on

Burrington and a Violation of his Conditions of Release. Further investigation

revealed Burrington to be in possession of numerous illicit drugs. Burrington

was taken into custody and cited to appear in the Caledonia County Superior

Court on 03/23/2020 to answer to the charges listed above.
