VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 17, 2020 at approximately 1125 hours, Troopers responded to a

residence on Chamberlain Bridge in Lyndon for the report of a Domestic Assault.

Further investigation revealed Joshua Miller assaulted a member of the

household. Troopers later located Miller and he was taken into custody. Miller

was later released on court ordered conditions and cited to appear in Caledonia

County Superior Court on February 18, 2020 at 1230 hours to answer to the charge

of Domestic Assault.
