SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

              On 2/15/2020 at 1346 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks conducted a traffic stop on Schoolhouse Road in Newark for a motor vehicle violation. Investigation found the operator, Sean Barlow, 54 of Newark, to have a criminally suspended driver's license. Barlow was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks for fingerprints and photographs. Barlow was released on a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court on 4/27/2020 at 0800 hours to answer to the aforementioned charge.
