SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On February 23, 2020, at approximately 0852 hours, Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 78 in the town of Swanton during a directed patrol. The operator Jeffrey Castonguay was found to have a criminally suspended Vermont operator's license. Castonguay was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on March 23, 2020, at 1300 hours for the charge of Driving License Suspended Criminal.
