SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 02/16/20 at approximately 1814 hours Vermont State Police
were dispatched to the intersection of VT RT 100 and Penny Avenue, Stratton, for
a motor vehicle crash involving a flatbed tow truck and a Toyota Prius.

Investigation revealed the tow truck, operated by Jeremy Lackey, struck the
Toyota Prius, being operated by Aleksander Pelton, as Pelton was attempting to
turn left onto Penny Lane from VT RT 100. Lackey attempted to go around Pelton's
vehicle to avoid a rear end collision and ended up striking the front driver's
side fender as a result.

None of the occupants of either vehicles were injured as a result.
