SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 20, 2020, at approximately 1011 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop on Business 4 in Rutland Town for an observed motor vehicle violation. Investigation revealed that the operator, Christopher Dodge, was operating with a criminally suspended license. Dodge was transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing and subsequently released on a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, on March 30, 2020.
