SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

              On 02/01/2020, at approximately 1715 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, in the Town of Mendon, for an observed motor vehicle violation.  During the stop, Troopers identified the operator as Sonya J. Ryan, age 46, of Rutland, Vermont. A Department of Motor Vehicle record check indicated that Ryan's privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended.  Ryan was released with a  citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court - Criminal Division, to answer to the charge of operating with a criminally suspended license.
