SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On February 21, 2020 at approximately 2:45 pm, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a motor vehicle on interstate on I89 in Hartford, Windsor County, for a moving violation.    The operator was identified as Mr. Jason M Douglas, 27 of Hartford.  Mr. Douglas was administered field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for DUI-Drugs.  Mr. Douglas was subsequently released on a citation and ordered to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on March 10, 2020 at 8:00 am for arraignment.
