SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 2-1-20 St. Marie was stopped for multiple motor vehicle violations on VT 111 in Derby.   A license checked he was under suspension in VT for multiple reasons.   The suspension was criminal.   He was release on a citation to appear in court.
